other people’s perspectives

Do you think it’s possible to ever truly see the world from another person’s perspective, or are we held so tightly to our own way of viewing the world?

i really don’t think that you can truly see the world from another person’s perspective. they have different experiences and different outlooks on things; you can’t understand their perspective unless you have experienced everything they have, which is impossible, and you have the exact same outlook/personality/way of handling things. you can kinda guess what they see or feel, but you can never truly know. it’s a good experience, though, trying to see things from other people’s perspectives. but i don’t think you can truly see or understand where a person is coming from unless you are that person.
